In the second quarter of 2019, the core food and beverage take-out business of the US Mission achieved the first-ever adjustment of operating profit. The revenue increased by 44.2% year-on-year to RMB 12.8 billion, and the transaction amount increased by 36.5% year-on-year to RMB 93.1 billion.
According to the US Mission’s disclosure,The number of orders for US restaurants and catering orders increased by 34.6% from 1.5 billion in the same period last year to 2.1 billion in the second quarter of this year, and the average value of each order increased by 1.4%.
The US group said thatThe second quarter is the best quarter for take-out, because the weather is not too hot or too cold, helping to minimize the amount of seasonal rewards paid to the rider.
