Twitter Redesign for Desktop Clients: No Twitter Editor yet

via:cnBeta.COM     time:2019/7/16 8:06:31     readed:70

Unfortunately, the edit tweet feature will not be released with updates, so those who have been waiting for it will have to wait.

However, there are still many new functions to be noticed in the new design. First, Twitter brings its Explore page to the desktop, which means it will see more live videos and localized tweets and have easier access to its Top Trends.

In addition, shortcuts to Bookmarks, Lists and Profile have also been added to the navigation sidebar. Users can see it with just a few clicks, while Twitter places all the content related to direct messages in one place, which means that users can now look up without switching views. Look at the dialogue and answer the news. When it comes to switching, Twitter now adds account switching, so if you maintain multiple accounts at the same time, you can jump to another account without canceling one account.

Finally, Twitter launched support for themes and different color options, including two dark mode themes: Dim and Lights Out dimming and lights out. For some people, dark mode is probably the most exciting part of this update. Users can find it by clicking "More" in the sidebar and then "Display".
