That is to say, Chrome or Firefox is used, and if you want to use the Windows Defender Application Guard feature, you need to use an Edge session at the same time.

Officials also said that in the upcoming dynamic switching feature, if a user tries to go to a trusted site in a quarantined Microsoft Edge session, the user is taken back to the default browser.

To use this feature, you must have the Windows Defender companion app and the corresponding browser extension installed. Since it is still in preview mode, only Insiders is currently available.
