As early as April this year,ZTE successfully opened the first 5G phone based on 3GPP R15 standard in Guangzhou. At the end of October, ZTE's mobile phone and data terminal dialed a telephone signal at the Shanghai R&D Center to formally complete the 5G call of the simulation system.

Moreover, the 5G test conducted by ZTE has always been an end-to-end overall solution. In terms of 5G mobile phones, ZTE is conducting data service testing. It is expected that 5G multi-scenario R&D testing will be conducted in December this year, and 5G commercial mobile phones will be launched in the first half of 2019.

As a technology that has been eliminated, PHS has left the world for many years. Its birth has a unique historical background: the mobile communication business at that time was firmly in the hands of China Mobile, and China Telecom, which did not have wireless photos, could only adopt the wireless locality at that time. Loop technology connects the user terminal to the fixed telephone network.

This enhanced version of the cordless phone has introduced a cabbage price package of "one-way charging, receiving no money, monthly fee of 20 yuan, and calling fee of only 0.2 yuan per minute", which attracted the era of high mobile phone charges. A large number of users handle the use.

Nearly 20 years ago, ZTE launched the PHS project on a large scale in July 1999, the day before the outbreak of PHS. In 2000, the market prospects were still unclear and included in the business scope.

According to reports in the same year, PHS has contributed 22.89% of its revenue share to ZTE. And ZTE caught up with the explosive growth of demand for PHS at the end of 2002. In the downturn of the global communications industry, it has earned nearly 2.4 billion yuan in revenue from PHS products.
