However, in May of this year, Zuckerberg was transferred to Instagram because of Zuckerberg’s restructuring of the company’s leadership.
Krieger and Systrom officially released their news of leaving the company in a press release and stressed that Mosseri will replace them as president of the company.
Since Facebook was acquired by Facebook for $1 billion in 2012, Instagram has remained largely independent, and it has little to do with Facebook at the front end. However, now, considering Mosseri's resume, this situation is likely to change, and Facebook and Instagram are likely to expand more.
