Line resistance is an important parameter for the quality of the charging line. The wire material is poor, the line resistance is large, and the loss in the charging process will be more. We can estimate the resistance of the wire roughly by the pressure drop test. It can also judge the good and bad of the wire, the faster the voltage drop, the greater the line resistance, the worse the electrical conductivity, and should try to avoid in the purchase.

The tools used in the test are: Apple 12W original charger, POWER-Z FL001, EBD-USB electronic load and multi-interface adapter board. The next end of the EBD is connected in sequence, the other end of the computer connects the computer with the computer software step by step current, and the maximum step current is set to 2.4A (the maximum output current of the apple 12W charger). The faster the curve falls, the greater the resistance. It is not difficult to see from the diagram that the data line is blocked from small to large.

The 6 data lines can transmit data normally, and the difference of speed is small, NTT is 35.84Mb/S, Meizu, LG, association are 35.21Mb/S, VIVO is 34.02Mb/S, OPPO is 33.45Mb/S.

From the test results, the performance of the 6 MicroUSB data lines is good, both of them are capable of normal power transmission and speed transmission.
