In July 10th, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a collection of customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. In a recent Microsoft blog article, Dynamics 365 will publish a major update half a year, like Windows 10 and Office.
The two updates are mainly launched in April and October, and the new version will provide users with new features and functions. These updates will be backwards compatible and provide seamless experience to the greatest extent.
In addition, Microsoft is planning a sandbox environment for Dynamics 365, which will be updated in April next year. For the enterprise to verify the changes in its key business applications before the update, the future Dynamics 365 for for and Online 7.3 will end in April 30, 2020, and future Microsoft will only support the latest version of the application.
At the same time, Microsoft announced that Dynamics 365 Business Central has now been launched in Australia and New Zealand to provide solutions including financial, operational, sales and customer service management.
