On the specification, 802.11ax is down compatible, unlike 802.11ac, which is to take both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, of which the highest design rate for 5GHz is 4.8Gbps. 802.11ac supports 8 devices at most, while ax supports 256 devices and concurrent Wi-Fi connections. The peak speed of single device is increased by nearly 40% compared with the previous generation. Intel's 802.11ax chip is based on 802.11ax authentication standard Draft 2 plan. For Draft 1 device, Intel has been optimized and adjusted to make the performance of multi standard device intergroup network better.
