Apple's support channel joined Apple's existing official YouTube channel, and added the official Apple Support twitter account launched in March 2016, as well as the Apple Support iOS application released in November 2016, and Apple Support website.
Last March, Apple launched an official Apple Support twitter account, providing users with support and iOS skills, and this is the first time Apple has launched an account covering the entire product range. In this twitter account personal profile, Apple Support describes itself as a place to provide tips, tips and useful information when you need it most.
